  • We work with a wide range of businesses, from professional services and retailers to restaurants and manufacturers, our past and present roster is extensive. This diverse wealth of experience has set us as marketing specialists in a variety of sectors.

  • Due to exclusivity clauses in our contracts, we have a limited number of seats in a particular industry or business sector. For example, we are not taking on any more REALTORS® or builders at the moment.

  • Our Social Media Management services are reserved for our full-time clients; hence, when companies only require SMM, we refer them to other professionals who only offer that particular service.

  • For an approximate annual cost of hiring 1.5 full-time minimum wage employees, business owners gain access to a fully managed service that delivers expert-level results—without the overhead, training, or HR challenges. Our clients benefit from an entire team of highly skilled, educated, and motivated professionals, each specializing in different areas to provide comprehensive support. We operate on a monthly or quarterly retainer, with pricing structured around the scope of work outlined in an annual contract.

  • The process begins with an initial meet-and-greet to assess compatibility. If we determine that we’re a good fit, we move into a discovery meeting, where our team gains a deep understanding of business objectives. Based on this session, we outline our necessary marketing and advertising deliverables to help achieve those goals. We then craft a tailored proposal and quote for review.

  • A consultation (phone call) allows both parties to figure out if we’re the right fit for each other before moving on to the discovery phase. It’s somewhat of an initial screening process that captures objectives and deliverables at a high level.

  • Onboarding as a WELL KNOWN client typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. After the discovery meeting and contract signing, we begin developing strategic documents. Within two to three weeks, we present comprehensive marketing and advertising plans aligned with business objectives. From there, we dive into the creative process to bring the strategy to life.

  • Once onboarding is complete, we take the wheel. Whether it’s managing social media accounts, crafting the first email to your database, or designing the first of many magazine ads, the WELL KNOWN team hits the ground running—executing your marketing and advertising strategy with precision!

  • First, it’s exciting! We never want to take our foot off the gas. We keep communication going, strategic meetings happening, and reports rolling in every month.
